Our Co-Founders
Charlie Leigh
Charlie's desire to start Bedrock Skills stems from his varied career spanning multiple industries.
His experience as a leader and instructor began during his 10 years as an Officer in the British Army, before subsequently working with graduates in finance, and now with apprentices in the construction industry as a commercial electrician.
Over time, it became increasingly apparent to him that, irrespective of educational interest or background, there are many areas of knowledge that Britain’s youth are not aware of when entering adulthood.
It has long been Charlie's wish to establish an organisation with the sole purpose of raising the awareness of young people to the many pitfalls, challenges, complexities and opportunities that await them.
